Hi I’m 15 weeks pregnant and I’m suffering very badly from piles. The very unusual fact is that I was born with haemorrhoids and I had a surgery when I was 11 years. I’ve been suffering from this every now and then. But now since yesterday one very painful and swollen pile been hanging outside my anus. I’m not able to walk, sit or stand. It’s giving me very bad pain even on the left side of my bum. I’ve started using the anusol cream but haven’t seen any change in the pain yet. Can you please advise.

I’m 36 1/2 weeks pregnant and 3 days post op from a hemorrhoidectomy that was a slight emergency. I have not been able to have a BM but I’m also so scared. It hurts so bad and there is so much pressure down there from the baby starting to drop I just don’t know how I’m going to be able to do it. TMI I know but I’ve tried the in the bath and the shower and I just can’t. And I can’t barely stand the pain just from sitting on the toilet. I have been taking miralax morning and night and 2 stool softeners a day and no BM. I have felt the urge a few times but when I try it hurts so bad and then the urge (or my fear) it goes away. Please help if you have been in this situation. Should I take more miralax to make a BM happen?
