Hi, folks. I am 46 years old and I know that I should be careful when it comes to bones since I will enter menopause. I would like to nourish my bones, so I was hoping to find out if there are any herbs for bones that I could use. What do you think? I will appreciate all your help. Bye!

Hi, there. People in general should think on their health. Menopause brings risks for osteoporosis. Bones are poor in calcium and phosphorus in that case. This kind of bones easily breaks. You should increase your calcium and phosphorus intake. There are some herbs I could recommend. Those would be rosemary, angelica, ginseng, garlic, lemon balm, etc. I hope this helps. Bye!
