Hi, guys. I am 50 years old and I know that menopause brings risks for osteoporosis. I had also some bones broken over a decade ago. I would like to keep my bones healthy, so I was wondering if there are any herbs that are good for bone health. I will really appreciate all your replies considering this topic.

I think that calcium and phosphorus intake is also important when you grow up, not just when you are a kid. Milk and milky products are very important. Don’t neglect them!
