Lose carbohydrates and saturated fat as much as possible. I prefer taking green tea. It is healthy for many things and you can try it. Cinnamon is also recommended for preventing many diseases. Hi. Thank you for understanding. I would agree with you. I have also tried to lead healthy life. I play basketball twice a week. I would gladly play it more often, but my business does not allow me.
