I have the feeling that I am not seeing as well as I used to. I am going to the optician's next week so I will know for sure then. But I do know that something has changed in my vision, and that it is not what it used to be. Can I take any herbs for vision?

Some people claim that bilberry helps improve the vision. If you do a web search for "bilberry to improve vision" you will see what I mean, and will find lengthy instructions explaining what to do to improve your vision with bilberry. Personally, I am not sure if this works. But if you wanted to, I suppose you could try.

Thanks. I did what you suggested and came up with some interesting websites, but nothing I have seen so far looks as if it will actually help you improve your eyesight. Are there folks here who've used herbs for their eyesight? What were your results and which herbs did you use?
