Hello, I am 40. I’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer. They find in me some lobular structures which are, as it looks, typical in myeloid sarcoma. I have heard that herception is very effective drug in carcinoma treatment. Is it helpful for mine case of lobular invasive carcinoma?

I know that Herceptin is a first humanized antibody approved for treatment HER2 positive metastatic breast cancer. Herceptin target and block the function of HER2 protein over- expression, so it is mostly used for treating patients with metastatic breast cancer whose tumors over-express the HER2 protein. I can’t tell if that is a case with your type of cancer, I don’t know what causes myeloid sarcoma in particular invasive lobular carcinoma. Sorry, but you have to talk to your doctor.
