I have been doing A/215s perk 30s for about a year now how do i stop from being sick or what could i take to take some of the pain away so i can sleep at night with out doing a 30???I need all the help i can get Thanks

Hello there...No pain i just snort them to get high..But if i dont do it for like two or three days i am sick to my stomach.But i have no pain what so ever to take them..I get them to get me high..So could you help me how not to feel sick.????
