I'm 38 years old and I always get my period on time on june july and august it was from the 13 to the 19 and really heavy flow but this month since the 2 of september I spotted when I clean my self then I spotted the 5 of september then the 17, 18,19 I. Sppotted each day just when I clean my self have nauseas diseyness and cravings breast tenderness and cramps but no blood can something be wrong with me pregnant or cancer or what?
