I get this horrible rumbly sound in my lower stomach like I need to go to the toilet and diorea but I don't know why 

and it's not just that I get the pain shoot down my legs it hurts so bad .... I don't know what it is as I have to go the toilet every time it starts to hurt like every 5 mins 

and I only started to get this a couple weeks back someone tell me what it is 

is it irrational bowl ? Or what?
