I'd like to know what some of the relaxation techniques that you are using to smooth out the rough spots in your life. I'm sure that people have found interesting ways to relax. I like to go to the beach, open my beach recliner and stare out at the vast ocean. It reminds me that the world is way bigger than me and that stresses get a lot bigger than mine. It also reminds me of how big my maker is. Then my stuff seems really small. What do you do to relax and get focused?

I rarely get to relax as I am often in a hurry and have so many things to do. I take a nap in the afternoon but it doesn't relax me.

I get stress relief when I exercise, run, do aerobics or do some weight lifting, it makes me feel good but not relaxed.

This is why I always have a sore back :-)))))

I fill up my bathtub, put on some good music, poor myself a glass of wine, light the candles in the bathroom and the rest is history.

It's funny, I could never relax in a hot tub, the warm water always made me kind of nervous and I am not a nervous person :)
