Hi, guys. I am thinking of beginning with yoga classes. I feel stressed in my job and home and I would like to get rid of that. I think yoga might help. I would appreciate if you could tell me something more about your experience. How many years do you practice yoga? Thanks in advance.

Hi, there. I've been practicing yoga for almost seven years. I also worked on a job where I felt pretty stressed. I was a nervous person and I couldn't feel relaxed even with the people I loved. I started with yoga and after a certain period I began to change. I learned how to relax. After a while, I found a new job, a better one. There was no stress on that job.
