Hi, I have some problem with my kid’s health. He has just started with school and it looks like one month cannot pass without him getting a cold or flu and that means we all get affected by it. Anyway, since he did not have varicella yet, I would like to know how it is spread. Can he get it in school?

Yes, and that is how most of the kids get this illness. It can be spread via fluid drops so the most basic way is in a conversation, if the two kids are positioned a bit closer too each other, the infected one can easily spread it to a non infected one. And I suppose that is something you cannot prevent.
