Well, I assume that you have seen at least some spots on him. We are talking about the areas with skin crease (arm pits for example). And as far as the therapy is concerned, there is no specific one; the patient just has to wais for the symptoms to be gone. Only in extreme cases, when there is a danger of the super infection occurring, some meds are required.
