I'm female and almost 17 and I have done it twice. Before, I couldn't find anything 'stimulating' enough but reading this gives me a few more ideas. My parents (mother, especially) are constantly around and it's a small house with no locks on bedroom doors so I REALLY fear of getting caught. If you are placed behind all the other pupils,and you are 99% sure that noone can see you, there is nothing wrong to touch/rub yourself to orgasm.
