hey m 20 yrs n m nt fat bt yeah m quite healthy...especially at my hips n thighs..
i really wanna lose dose fat thighs ...bt m quite lazy to do tht...n as dese days m getin very foody i cant even control fr long..
i do my colg stuff...as its really torture goin der n walkin up stairs bt i guess thts nt enuf..
plzz help...tell me some trick or diet control or even inspiration to lose my weight..

(perhaps if you'd written this a little more legibly you'd get more replies?) To lose weight you need to excersize and eat halthy. I understand you've stated that you dont particullarly enjoy it, but it's whats got to happen.Cut down on carbs, increase your protien and swim, swimming is the best excersize and it's really good for you.
