The reason why I'm asking this is following. My gym access expired, and I don’t have money to extend it. I also don't have money and enough space to make my own gym at home. Can I build muscle without using weights or equipment? If I do, can you suggest me some good workout?
Yes. Contrary to popular belief, muscles can be built without weights. It's just that it may not as big as when you use weights.
Do bodyweight exercises. Some examples are push-ups (and it's advanced forms like diamond and clapping), pullups (wide and close grip), squats, supermans, bench dips (with feet on ground or on another chair), crunches/sit-ups etc.
