Hi Lost,

Taking a birth control pill to stop bleeding is counter productive.  Only taking one probably didn't do anything significant though.

You are unlikely to conceive having sex during your period.

Normally you would ovulate sometime between days 11-16 of your cycle.  Day 1 is when your period starts.  Sperm can live about 5 days in your vagina.  48 hours after ovulation the egg is not viable and you aren't likely to get pregnant.

Find out when you ovulate.  There are ovulation test sticks available, you can also calculate ovulation your body basal temp.   Focus on having sex from about 5 days before then until 2 after.

Hope it helps.

I don't think ONE pill will make much of a difference. Don't take any more or try to alter your schedule. Let your body do what it does naturally.
