I'm 18 and 5'10 and I'm more than positive my growth plates are closed. Is there anyway to grow taller at this point? And I mean anyways...Including uses of HGH or steroids or anything that isn't medically safe or legal? I just want to know the actual facts for this situation

Hi there! I think you should be satisfy with your heights. Though, there's always something you can do to improve it. If you're smoking, stop it. Smoking is not a magical force field that will prevent you from growing. You certainly can grow taller and smoke at the same time. The real question is can you reach your maximum genetic growth potential while smoking? Sure, you are given the height genes from your parents, but if you are not nurtured in the right way – via exercises, diet and lifestyle. Each of us have a certain cap, how tall we can grow naturally, however most of the time this cap is never reached due to lack of correct nurture. I heard coffee stops your growth. Milk is great. In boys, the growth spurt begins at 12 or 13, reaches a peak by age 14, and is typically over by the age of 19. In special cases, for truly small people who do not seem to grow, doctors may prescribe growth hormones. But you are not a truly small person. I hope this will help you. :-)
