Let's be clear about what you're asking. Stamina, in terms of male sexuality, means the ability to achieve erection shortly after ejaculation. If you're talking about "staying power," that would be endurance.
Stamina depends on a large number of physical, physiological and psychological factors. I've come to the conclusion that there is only one way to increase your stamina: be healthy. You can't fake it. It's sometimes hard to feel the muscles tighten when you first start out, but over time they'll get stronger and you'll be able to control them better. If you're having trouble feeling them, stand in front of a mirror, with an erection, and pretend your trying to stop peeing. Your penis should move upwards. To make sure you're not tightening your abdominal muscles, place your hand on them to make sure they're not moving.
Some men hang objects from the penis to increase resistance. If you want to you can hang a wet washcloth from it, but anything heavier may cause damage, and never tie anything constricting around your penis. In reality, the extra weight actually adds very little value to the exercises. You're going for endurance, not muscle mass, remember? So you want high reps with low weight. Nobody is going to be able to see how big those muscles are anyway, because they're inside your pelvis.

if u want to increas your penis... the best way to do it is to try , before i tried this, i was wasting my time, cause i really tried a lot of stuff and my penis stayed at the same size...
