How to Optimize Brain Health and Performance?

Optimizing brain function at any age is relatively simply.  You need a healthy diet of lean meats, fresh veggies and fruits.  Exercise is also important and should be done every day if you have time.  Make sure you don't have any vitamin or mineral deficiencies.  Take a multi to ensure that you don't.  Make sure you get plenty of omega-3s to replenish the cell membranes of neurons.  This is important for signal transduction.  Make sure you get plenty of antioxidants both water and fat soluble.  The water soluble antioxidants protect in fluids outside of cells and inside cells.  The fat soluble antioxidants protect fatty acids found in cell membranes and internal vesicles inside your cells.  This keeps those membranes functional.
