I am home now home for 5 days and progressing.  I am thankful for all of the posters and the information they provided.  Later today or tomorrow I will follow up with a detailed description of the entire process adding my experience to that of others.  Dr. Mandeville had a two year fellowship with the master, Lingeman, co-authored papers with him, created the youtube videos of a complete HOLEP, and has now done over a 150 of them in her 2+ years at Lahey. I was in the hands of Lahey Clinic for 25 hours.  More later,
