I'll be honest, I'm not 100% perfect when it comes to taking my birth control pills (Lutera). Sometimes I'm an hour or two late, and every once in awhile I take my pill early for convenience. My fiance and I always use condoms, even when we're sure we've been using the pill correctly. I've been on Lutera for five months and my periods have become super regular. I've never experienced bleeding or spotting between periods until yesterday. I woke up bleeding and had no explanation (we did not have sex that night or the day before).
My next period isn't due for 16 days, but my fiance is really worried and now he has me worried. We are being as careful as we can not to get pregant before we are married.
Could I even be pregnant?

I would say no to pregnancy. Give an hour here or take an hour there really won't upset much. You may be causing the upset when you take them way to early in the day for your convenience.
Also, if you have been sick with any kind of vomitting or diarreah, surprisingly enough, this could bring on your period half way thru your cycle. Also if you have taken antibiotics, that will create a stir as well.
My daughter had a pretty bad stomach bug a few weeks ago. She is taking Yaz by the way. All of a sudden she started spotting here and there, then she had a period, all while still taking her pill. Doctor said it was because of the vomitting and diarreah, umph..who knew??
