Most men who look at pornography and masturbate do so and carry on normal lives. Even those who are addicted and it's a major part of their lives can have normal relationships with people (although they probably have dysfunctional relationships with romantic partners).

I assume you're asking about your kids and grandkids because you're concerned he'll be inappropriate with them or that they'll find out about his activities.
