I didn't really have sex

Hi guys I didn't really have sex. My boyfriend wiped his penis before entering me he did this twice. I thought I wasn't ready so we stopped. A month later I went to the doctors to take a pregnancy test and it came back negative. It's June 11 I have gotten my periods when I was suppose to. I was feeling bad from my stomach. This was June 7 (two days after my period) I went to the doctor and took another test (came back negative) the doctor said I have gastritis. I'm worrying myself to much :( I can't get pregnancy off my mind. What can I do please help me!!! After 7 weeks of sex is a negative test result accurate. Sorry for the long story I need help. I regret losing my virginity a lot that's why I think I'm depressed thinking I could still be Prego and imagining symptoms too :/ I'm also anemic. Please help!!! :,( I am also experiencing me feeling a little bit of liquid coming out of my right nipple but when I check nothing's there. Also my vaginal discharge is white (I think I'm ovulating) is that normal? Please help me
