I am the exact same. I have studied anatomy and I believe this is a malfunction of the BALBOURETHRAL GLANDS. They are supposed to secrete pre-cum (which is actually mucus that's supposed to cleanse the urethra from urine) before ejaculation. But in men like us, they malfunction and do their job AFTER ejaculation. It doesn't mean anything other than we don't have the luxury of pre-cum and we could be more susceptible to urethral infections. It doesn't affect sperm in any way.

Don't feel bad, I'm 51 & most of my sexually active life I've been just like you describe. I've always felt like I'm missing out.
