Im sorry, But you have Asthma. I started out with asthma the same way in gym when I was 1st in 7th grade. It got to the point it happened every other day.
Asthma is a chronic, or long-term, disease that inflames and narrows the airways of your lungs. Asthma causes a variety of symptoms that can worsen at any time, making breathing difficult. Unfortunately, there is no cure for asthma. Even when you are not having symptoms, you still have inflammation in your lungs.
Asthma can be actively induced which is what you sound like.
It can also have triggers like allergies, pollin pet dander.
There are TWO MAIN TYPES OF ASTHMA
ACTIVE INDUCED/ OR WHERE YOU GET IT RANDOMLY.
Im not a doctor but I think you need to go to the doctor and get a proper Diagnoses. And so you can also get an inhaler before you have a bad asthma attack and End up in the hospital, like I did at your age.
So go to your parents, tell them, go ot the doctor and he will explain it to you and get you on a proper medications. SO it will be under control. But also reasearch it online to. Look up asthma and WHat is asthma. And asthma symptoms ect.
Here is a website i think you will mostly understand.
