The outer "clothe" you would see in this is STEEL WOVEN, the insides are powered with something to prevent lubrication and sealed tight after pulled on ITS f*****g RUBBER ON THE INSIDE. There's no cutting it bc where my friend ordered it it said when you try to take an angle grinder to it it has a trap of some sort or idk the way it's designed it will untangle and cut through my penis. Hand saw and knives don't work either. When I go limp it won't let go it's got a grip and it tightens as I go limper. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
