I have a pill stuck in my throat. It will not go down and it will not come back up It is very painful. How do I get it out? Will it disolve at some point?

There have been a few times when i have had the same problem. I drink a lot of hot stuff, like tea and hot broth. Also another idea is to take some bread and swallow it, the bread will push the pill down your throat. It is pretty much harmless, but it is annoying.
Try cutting your pills in half if they are to big, or ask the Dr. for a liquid form of meds.
