aloha everyone

1 1/2 week old injury

i have a 5mm gap on meta 1 and 2 ,and several small non displaced fractures....half dollar size bruise under foot ...more pain then ever 

should i not rush to surgery as sugested.....i mean 5mm is supposed borderline distance and all other fractures are in place???????
