Not without surgery and it really doesn't make it longer, it just appears longer. You don't say your size but the AVERAGE ADULT male is 5 - 5 1/2". Another thing, a lot of guys keep growing into their early 20's.

There is a portion of your penis in the body. The surgery basically "unhooks" the penis so that it appears longer. The disadvantage is that it is more "floppy" as it isn't attached as well. This can cause other problems and you only gain a very small amount. You'd have to talk to your doctor for a referral.

Andrew, it really isn't about the size, it's how you use it. If your partner makes a comment then are they really someone you should be with? Probably not.

If you aren't getting completely erect you may have erectile dysfunction. Start off by seeing your doctor for a checkup, it may be a medical issue.

There are really few options to increase the size, the surgery is one, but it has risks - and is only a minimal gain.
