Woke up 3 days ago with engorged, hard, swollen clitoris. Hurts to touch It is huge, 6-7 times normal size, Went to the Dr. She said I may have had something on my hands, that it was a reaction to something. Gave me steroid creme and told me to do sitz bath. Nothing at all prior to this happened or went on. It just came up. I don't believe I had anything on my hands. It almost looks like a hard growth inside. That could be the swelling though. Went on the internet, nothing fits.

I am experiencing the same thing at the moment. A hard lump has formed next to the Clitoris, which is causing a lot of discomfort. It came up after I was masterbating a few nights ago in the shower and I am getting a lot of pain. Maybe it was some shower gel that could of been on my hand? I have no idea.
