Hi about 2 weeks ago small brown patches (about half a centimeter across) started to apear on the iner part of my legs next to my testicals but not on them, they dont apear to contain any fluid or puss and they have no lumps, nor are they itchy. but at the same time i got the brown small patches my testicals started to become irritated and would start to ache. but they dont ache everyday and the aching is not constant.

I cant find any lumps in my testicals and i have felt no problems with urinating or ejaculating.

If you need anymore information i will try and give them.
