Hey everyone...I am a 32 year old male. I am healthy with no complications or other illnesses, but I have recently started dribbling a few drops after urination is complete. I have a normal stream that is strong and I have no problems starting to urinate. After I have finished and put my clothes back in order though, it never fails that a few drops leak out after I have gone back to my desk and sat down. Is this an issue that I should be concerned about? All I drink is water and coffee and I am not hurting anywhere and I don't feel that I have incontinence because I can "hold it" if I need to. Is this a sign of a dangerous health problem?
