I have a few queries/questions and I would appreciate it if someone would help: I have fordyce spots on my penis and I'm just wandering if there's any possibility of the causing an STI if I have sex? Also, if a girl has a implant as a form of contraception, does this prevent STIs? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Hi, fordyce spots are not contagious and have nothing to do with STI's they can appear on the penis and the vulva on woman and on other parts of the body
The implant contraception only helps to prevent pregnancy but like all contraceptives it isn't 100% effective. The only way to help prevent STI's is to use a condom when having sex.
