I lost my virginity recently, my vulva has weird fish smell and white stuff comes out

Lost virginity recently, everytime I wash my vagina to smell it , it has a weird fish smell that I've never had before and white stuff comes on the rag. What do I do? Mom doesn't know I lost my virginity.
