I use to be dry all of the time also to the point of bleeding during a intercourse someone suggested changeing the soap that I use to baby shampoo it worked wonders for me and is the only thing that i will use now. XD It might be something this simple for you as well

If you have a low thyroid, or are close to pre monopause age that is another factor. In the mean time, use a lubricant - water based.
