I just turned 30 this year... Prior to this I was with a guy for 8 years, got pregnant at 18, miscarried. Then kept trying for the whole 8 years after... His sperm was tested and he was good. My tubes had a die go through them they were good.... Then I was told I had endometriosis 3 years later and I went into extreme cramping!! Then went in for a DNC every 2 years up until I was 28.... However, ever since my miscarriage, I can never get wet during "foreplay", if I play with my clitoris, I get the "shaky orgasmic" feeling like I'm gonna pee so I allow my body to relax my legs and I "push" it out as if I had to go "pee".... Then to much realization, I'm not wet below, and no cum at all :( There's times I'm super wet during foreplay, then we go to have sex and I'm bone dry.... I've also been told that since my miscarriage when I was 18, I developed a Pituitary Micro Adenoma (Which is in the brain just behind the vision area... And having this it allows me to secrete breast milk)... Whether I drink beer, have a warm shower, or my boobs get handled LOL..... So the Dr says, since my body produces breast milk, my body "thinks it's pregnant".... So can ANYONE give me advice on all my LOVE TRIANGLE ISSUES..... PLEASE!!!

I understand what you are going through and as I am post-menopasual woman. While I still have the desire to be intimate with my husband, at times even with more than enough foreplay I'm still not wet enough for sex to truly enjoy it. My girlfriend shared something her and her husband used and it worked great for me. It's called Alura and was actually made for women after menopause. I'd suggest trying it, it's shipped right to your home.
