Actually, I think that it's possible for you to keep your baby. I read somewhere that there are specialists who can help pregnant women with heart conditions.

It is better for you to opt for surgical abortion, most states allow for abortion under 20 weeks. If your medical condition is fatal, i am sure they will allow you to abort even if you are into six months, it depends where you live and what laws you state/ country has for abortion.
