You were just touching yourself with your fingers. No penetration or introducing anything inside of yourself, right? The spot of blood on your underware was probably a scratch from you, yourself.
You do know that penetration has to be made with a penis for a women to loose her virginity? (well tehnically) The hymen can be broken by excercising, bike riding, horseback, running etc... But theoretically, your still considered a virgin until your first intercourse.

No you didnt lose your verginity. Since you just had your period it was most likely left over blood from your cycle. Dont worry, thats normal. If u loose alot of blood you may want to see your dr but right now its proble nothing. hope this helped.
