i slept with two men at different months and now im failing to tell who the baby dayddy is

I assume the dating was done by ultrasound.  It can be off some but it is unlikely that it was off by almost 4 weeks.  

Still -

If you are positive that your period in December was "normal" as in like all your others, same duration, color, and amount, then it is unlikely that you were pregnant then.  Also, having sex on November 21 would be early, day 5 of your cycle.  Sperm can survive about 5 days but even then, it is unlikely you would ovulate that early.  Normally it would be between days 11 and 16 of your cycle.

Having sex on the 28th of December, day 14 of your cycle, you would be near peak fertility.  You'd either just have or be about to ovulate at that time.  You'd be most fertile. 

I think "Baby Daddy" is the father.  A DNA test can give you a definitive answer.

thnks for replying. i did two scans and it was the same but i had the baby at 42 weeks 1 day. what do you say about that?

 

Seems Like The 2nd Guy ( Your Babydaddy ) Is The Child Father, If The 1st Huy Was Your Babydaddy, You Probably Wouldn't Have Gotten Your Period. But Don't Wait To Long To Say Something But Don't Rush It. Keep In Touch & Good Luck !

You're going to have to resolve this somehow to be fair to both.

I'd suggest the DNA test to confirm that "Baby Daddy" is the father.

Whoever is the father, you may be able to get some help supporting the baby.

It's Life, People Make Mistakes But You Can Only Learn From It. Who Cares If They're Married, That Just Shows It Wasn't Meant To Be But That Doesn't Mean Whoever The Father Is Shouldn't Take Care Of His Child. It's Still His Responsibility Either Way You Look @ It. Someone Better Will Come Into Your Life.

THANKS GUYS, THIS IS SO COMFORTING. I THINK I SHOULD JUST TELL THEM I DONT KNOW WHO THE REAL FATHER IS SINCE THE MEDICAL REPORT SHOWS THAT THE BABY WAS BORN AT 42 WEEKS AND WHEN I COUNT FROM THE DAY I SLEPT WITH BABY DADDY IT SAYS 38 WEEKS.
