Ok so for about a week I have had this feeling like I have to Pee when I don't. It's only in the head of my Penis not anywhere else (centered around the base of the head and the opening. No pain just the sensation of having to pee. I've gone to see a doctor but he thinks it's just my anxiety. I also have gone to get a unrine test I have not gotten the test results back yet. There is nothing odd looking right now. I am cercemsized, 18 years old, and a virgin (so no chance of an STD). Please someone help this is driving me insane!

I have the same problem. Did you ever find anything that helped?
I've had this for about 1 month now. Been to the doctor 3 times. At this point he is not sure what is causing it.

If a urinary tract infection has been ruled out, it seems a popular opinion on this condition is that it is a stress/anxiety related reaction. My doc prescribed a medication called phenazopyrid. This is a urinary tract anesthetic used for pain and discomfort when one does have an infection. Even though I did not, this was helpful. They only prescribe it for ten days at a time as it can be hard on the kidneys. I used it only as needed. You can actually get an equivalent of this over the counter at drug stores. My condition has slowly gone away as mysteriously as it came. Some irritation still but nothing like it was. You might ask your doctor about this treatment to help with the irritating discomfort.

I also believe it has to do with semen being caught on the way out. I was having sex and trying not to climax, dude the chick was hot and I couldn't handle it. Anyways I tried to prevent myself from climax. When I did only a little came out and I could tell that not all of it came out. I went to pee right after, and then it felt like I had pee in my penis. Like It was there but just not coming out. I quickly gave it another go and this time I didn't hold back and let it go whenever it wanted to. Feeling was gone.I think it has something to do with semen building up. I mean your body is designed to push this stuff out. If you don't masterbate or have sex for a couple of months you are almost guaranteed to have a wet dream or some discharge one way or another.

I've had this similar issue before and I'm almost certain I've figued out the cause and a solution.
Like many of you i've noticed it's after ejaculation that this begins to be a disturbance. Well I realized that my cum is drying at the tip of my penis and acting like a glue and is gluing the tip of my penis shut so that the next time I go to urinate the pressure from my urine builds for a second or two before it comes out as a normal stream. Well that second or two that builds up before the normal stream seems to be causing a rupture of some kind inside that's basically like a scratch and I'm assuming that's what is causing the discomfort.
The solution is to make sure to pinch the tip of your penis before you urinate to ensure you break up the dried cum. I hope this helps a lot of you. I don't have health insurance and was worried for a while
