I was on accutane for 6 months/40mg a day, and found a great improvement, now I have been off for 3 months and see the acne coming back. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi there, yeah, actually, my brother had the same problem. The thing is that you do have to stay on accutane for it to be effective and some skin types respond well to it just so long as they're on it. Have you talked to a dermatologist about it? Let us know how you're doing okay?
