I struggled for years with acne and unfortunately I have sensitive skin. Most of the over the counter medications and even some prescribed by my dermatologist actually made my skin worse as I would have red spots or in the worst cases an allergic reaction to the chemicals those products used.
Finally I found a more holistic approach to controlling acne. It requires small lifestyle changes that make the bacteria that cause acne less prevalent in your body.
