some tests pick up small amounts of HCG at abouts 2 weeks after conception. but if you are like myself and alot of other woman tests wont pick up enough HCG for a positive reading till at least a week late. so it all depends how many tests you are willing to buy start testing early using first irine so it's not dilated by whatever you have been drinking gives the hcg levels a better chance of being detected if they are present. if you do test at the 2 week mark you may get a false neg and will have to re test in a couple days or if AF doesnt show.
