29 days late worried...

I missed a period and i didnt think much of it, ended up doing a pregnancy test it was negative been to the docs still negitive urine tests ,last one was done on friday when saw the doc coz i have this agonizing pain along the bottem of my bk i keep getting crampy pains in my tummy esp if i do to much like i went shopping and carried 4 bags not heavy and my poor tummy was just like cramping and hurting, i felt terible so tired! i feel so sick its nasty.
I cant get my hCG blood test done till monday (Tomoz)coz the NHS suck, basicly coz urine test is negative they dont think pregnancy wich is stupid seen as so many ppl have negative positives.... any way doc gave me my form and wrote on it "? ectopic" i freaked its been my biggest fear that i will have another ectopic!! so yeah dragged my partner down AnE my pain is nouthing medical spose thats one thing but thats it... I wanna know what my body is doing.... I had a funny clear discharge last week then yesterday I had a small brown discharge but havent had anything since i dont know what it means... is it my period?.... is it a sign or pregnancy or an ectopic??? I know brown discharge is usally old blood but i dunno! if i have just skipped a period my next will be wednesday or thursday. I dont wanna go to a n e again coz they will just turn me away!
I feel so lonley like no one understands! i hate waiting for answers all the time.

The start date of my last period was Dec 20th 2009 so it makes me bout 6 weeks i think roughly my periods are bout every 35days so i think thats bout right im somwere between 6 and 8 weeks since last period shud of had a period round about the end of jan but never turned up!

I dont want any stupid answers to this, i know i need to wait till i get my blood results just wanna no if anyone else has had symptoms like this and what happend?

can anyone tell me wat could be happening?
BTW im 26 and been with my patner 2 years weve both becheaked no std's and we wud both be happy with a baby
