Im confused. I think im pregnant because i had this feeling that i dont usually feel. My boob veins are visible now and my nipples are going bigger and darker but i dont feel sore nor tender. my lower abdomen feels tight and i think its getting bigger. i always feel full but i have the urge to eat everytime and i have lower back pains. i also have spotting and im gassy. i wanted to eat but if i eat i want to puke after. :((( i had a period of 2 and a half but its not heavy. am i pregnant? my regular period is 4days. please help me.
