If condom broke out and a drop or less pre cum goes inside or touches the vaginal lips after 3days of period is overed,and next month period is missing by 22 days though i've irregular period and i've 2 negative urine test report.then would it be cause to pregnancy

Depends how irregular your periods are.. 22 days is a long amount of time for it to be late, but it depends how late you have them usually? If you're on the pill too tho and taking it propperly it'd be incredibly unlikley you're pregnant.
