Hiya! So here's my situation and please don't laugh or anything, this is embrassing enough. So I'm a 16 year old girl and I'm 5'8. I'm seriously overweight (257), but I'm working and I have a lot of muscle with I guess a lot of fat. And I'm entering junior and I need to get into some sports and I was like what about track. I like to run even though I'm REALLY bad at it. So if I start training now, could I be ready by January? Of course I'm probably not going for the 400 sense I'd probably fail miserably. So can you recommend a training regiment? What should I start eating? Should I start walking /running? I'm completely clueless so a lot of detail is needed please! Thanks so much in advanced! P.S for girls, do you know any good sports bras? I'm 40 DD and I wear two bras when I do serious exercise and for the first few minutes I can't breath correctly but then I can, so yeah. I need some better bras.
