Heyy I'm 17 and I've just recently noticed that I'm starting to have bumps down there not only bumps but open sores , , me nor my bf have been with anyone else since we've been together the sores are painful but at first I thought it was razor burn bevause I go over the same spot like five times and not only that I shave up not down but the sores are starting to get crusty. Soo is it a razor burn or something more like herpes ?
