I had my implant taken out two months ago, came on as soon as I got it taken out but now I haven't, been having unprotected sex, had a water infection (earliest sign of pregnany) but I done a test and it said negative!!! Now I am urineing a lot! Can I be pregnant? Even with no period?

No period can possible relate to pregnancy, especially if you had unprotected sex...wait another week or so to test again or see a docter for a blood test or even a clinic for a test
